My preface
Regency & Scandal
I have had fairyloot for about a year or so, but I thought it would be fun to do a bit of an unboxing (help me try and blog more too).
Disclaimer: I buy fairyloot with my own money and all of this is My own opinion. Also of course I have already opened the box so this isn’t my first impression of anything inside. Then last disclaimer this blog contains spoilers for what is in this months book so if you would rather not know please leave this blog. ( also I will leave the book till last)
With all that out of the way let’s begin the unboxing
The first thing out of the box other then the spoiler card that went straight to Michael, a lunch bag print inspired by the wisteria society of lady scoundrels by India Holton.
There isn’t really much to say about this its a nice lunch bag, I really like the print but it doesn’t have any insulation to keep it cold.
Next was a flower pot. I’m not going to lie when fairyloot said in the description on Instagram what we would be getting in the box that we would get a unique flower pot I did think we my get a book shaped vase. Inspired by Emily Wilde series by Heather Fawcett.
I do like this plant pot though the only problem is that I don’t have a green thumb at all and I unfortunately at the moment don’t really have a window sill to put it on, but that’s not the flower pots fault and I’m sure it will be really good to grow herbs in one day.
Then there was this apron
As it is just a bottom appron I my use it when I’m painting as I can put stuff in the pocket, I really like the simplicity of this one.
After that we come to this really nice brooch. The portrait is of Niamh from a fragile Enchantment by Allison Saft.
Its very different to have a brooch instead of a pin but I think it goes with the theme better, as always with their pin type things it looks really nice and good quality it will be going on my banner with the rest of my pins from fairyloot.
Then we come to one of my favourite part of the box the tarot which feature Niamh and Kit from Fragile Enchantment by Allison Saft
As I said I really the tarot cards every month and I have a nice collection.
After this print is the book
A quick word about the print which comes with the author note, I really like and it is nice to store them all in the album that came with one of the boxes.
last warningÂ
BOOK SPOILER NEXT
Once I got to the tarot cards I said to Michael I’m going to guess the book is the Fragile Enchantment by Allison Saft
As always this book is so pretty I did end up looking up the normal cover so I had an idea of what to conper it to for this blog (U don’t normally look and most of the time ive not really hard of the book before hand) and it is just the background colour that is different but I think I prefer the lighter background. This sounds like an interesting book, and as always with fairyloot it looks stunning.
And that is that I thought this was a very good box as always
